I’ve been told by many that “this is the best rum cake they have ever eaten”. You will enjoy the ease of preparation since you will be asked to make it many times.
My daughter Elizabeth gave me the best advice about this cake. She suggested that I bake it in two smaller bundt pans instead of one large one. Most people don’t need or want a huge cake tempting them. Though there are some who were a little disappointed to see that their annual Rum Cake had shrunk.
