Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. While melting, add the cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Sift in the confectioner’s sugar, mixing until easily spread. Frost cake.
