My son does not like turkey, but one of his most favorite home-cooked meals is Crispy Baked Chicken Parmesan.
Now that he lives in Dallas and travels the world every week, he doesn’t get to enjoy this favorite very often. With that, he decided to let this favorite dish be our new Thanksgiving tradition.
Turns out, everyone prefers this entrée from one of my first cookbooks. To make it fit for the family holiday, I found some fun craft ideas at Michael’s Craft Store and decorated each chicken breast to remind everyone that it is Turkey Day.
This make-ahead dish is tender, moist inside and crisp and crunchy on the outside. The truth is, it’s delicious any day! Enjoy.
