When I was invited to appear on WBTV’s Morning Break program today, I immediately knew I wanted to share my fresh apple cake recipe! Not only is it fall-flavored, it pairs deliciously well with the yummy cream cheese frosting recipe that I shared earlier (click here).
This cake is filled with so many good things for us…eggs, fruit, nuts and even coconut. – It was a joyful day for me when the health experts determined that coconut is actually good for us!
While I am fully aware that this is a dessert cake, it would also make a tasty breakfast treat with or without the frosting. Technically, it would be better for us than some of those things we call breakfast!
I also like my caramel frosting on this cake, so I will be sure to share my very favorite cake soon….three layer Caramel Cake (my mouth is watering as I type that)!

Is the flour self-rising or plain ? looks yummy and I want to try it but confused about the flour
